Returning items
At Sento Clothing, refinement, quality and meticulousness are paramount. We pay the utmost attention to every order. If, despite this, your purchase does not fully meet your expectations, you can make use of our return policy as described below.
Return Policy
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided that:
- the item is unworn, unused and unwashed
- the product is undamaged
- all original labels and hangtags are attached
- the item is returned in its original packaging
Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
Return costs
Returns are at the customer's expense. We recommend using a reliable and traceable shipping method, as Sento Clothing is not liable for loss or damage during the return shipment.
Exception
Although we strive for high quality, human errors can occur in exceptional cases. If you have received an incorrectly delivered item or a defective product, we will, of course, cover the return costs. In this case, please first contact our customer service.

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation of approval. The purchase amount will then be refunded via the original payment method. The processing of the refund depends on the respective payment provider.
